Megan Albaugh

Bio: Megan joined the MCA team in January 2022 and has been an invaluable addition. She has a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, and she worked in a public school in CA as a paraprofessional and as a behavior specialist. Megan is the daughter of a pastor, and now the wife of a pastor. Her husband, Ryan, is co-pastor of a local house church that now meets at MCA one Sunday per month. Megan and Ryan fostered and adopted their son, and also have one daughter. They are just 8 months and 3 weeks apart! She has a great passion for God, children, education, and mental health. She is excited to be working at MCA and to be able to combine all of those passions.

Teresa Fowler

Bio: Teresa came on board in February 2022. She is excited to join the MCA staff and work with children in the learning center, not only to advise them in their educational journey, but their spiritual journey as well. Her desire is to help students understand that they can have a deep and personal relationship with Jesus Christ throughout their entire life. Teresa has worked in or with various ministries over the years including a Christian singing group, as a supervisor in two other A.C.E. schools, church secretary and pastor's wife, led VBS seminars, and volunteered for a local Christian music promoter. Teresa and her husband, Rick, have 3 grown daughters and 2 grandchildren. One fun fact is that Holly lived in Zambia, Africa for almost three years, leading Bible clubs/camps and young adult Bible studies.
